Each person scheduling a fitting will pay a fitting reservation deposit as specified in the event invitation. If the appointment is canceled 7 days prior to the scheduled fitting, the fitting reservation deposit will be refunded. Fittings canceled within 7 days of the fitting will not be refunded, however, the individual has up to twelve months to re-schedule at another location, including the D'Lance Golf Performance Center in Littleton, CO. In case of inclement weather the day of the scheduled fitting, fitting fees will either be refunded or extended for 12 months from the scheduled fitting day, at the customer's request. |
